Additional Information

Course Format: This is a 6 class (once weekly) course offered Online and In-person. 
This course is for those who would like to know all the ‘Whats’ and ‘Whys’ of Mindfulness & Meditation. Learning is facilitated through direct instruction, experiential, and home practice. 
Classes are once a week.
Home Practice is required.
Informational handouts, homework log and recorded guided meditations are provided.
Participation in a weekly on-line Drop in Sit is offered at no extra cost.

For Online Classes:

Since the pandemic we have seen that virtual learning is definitely a viable option for those who are in other locations or who cannot make an in-person class.
There will be some Zoom guidelines provided upon registration confirmation.
*Prior to the commencement of the course an Intake sheet will be sent out for you to submit.
  • A comfortable, quiet place to sit – undisturbed
  • Water bottle 
  • Journal & pen
  • Loose comfortable clothing. A blanket, wrap or shawl, if you like.
  • Zoom account (free version)

For In-person Classes:

It is so wonderful that we are now able to conduct these classes in person! There is a real palpable feeling of community when we are together.
The infusion of the energy contagion brings our understanding to a whole other level. What the hell does that mean??? Join us and you’ll find out first-hand. Don’t worry… there will be limited amounts of “woo-woo”!

  • Parking is available at The Carton Loft – information will be provided upon registration.
  • Yoga Mat and/or cushion
  • Chairs can be provided, if needed 
  • Water bottle
  • Journal & pen
