About the Workshop:

When you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or have a mind full of racing thoughts it can interfere with your ability to relax… let go…and sleep properly at night. Unfortunately, occasional scenarios like these can easily to turn into a chronic unhealthy sleep habit!

Mindfulness meditation has been proven to aid in helping you get off the hamster wheel of struggle so you can relax and get a good night’s sleep. Mindfulness and meditation practices remind the body how to relax and help free us from our over-thinking mind – allowing us to drift into (and fall back to) sleep.

  • Learn how meditation can improve the quality of your sleep.
  • Experience meditations that help you release physical stress and calm the thinking mind at bedtime, or in the middle of the night.
