Payment and Cancellation Policies:
All programs must be paid in full in advance to confirm space.
Please note that there are no refunds for workshops, classes, courses, or retreats, however, if you provide at least five (5) days’ notice of cancellation before the start date of the program, you may apply the program cost to a future workshop, course, class or retreat taking place within that calendar year.
If the program facilitator must cancel a program all fees will be refunded.

Harvard: “Too much stress for too long creates what is known as ‘chronic stress’ which has been linked to heart disease, stroke, and may also influence cancer and chronic respiratory diseases. And illness is just the tip of the iceberg. Stress affects you emotionally, as well, marring the joy you gain from life and loved ones.”

Not me. I have a few health issues myself and know how stress can exacerbate my symptoms.

Unfortunately its like the chicken and the egg…because studies show that chronic illness itself can cause anxiety, confusion, depression, stress.

Research has also proven that mindfulness meditation practices help reduce stress associated chronic illness and pain which reduce the physical and mental discomfort of disease.
